Apply regulatory compliance expertise as a Senior Analyst supporting Canadian Tire Bank’s RCM Program within the first line of defence. Use risk-based judgment, testing, and stakeholder guidance daily.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Compliance, this Senior Analyst supports a newly established Business Compliance function. You will help identify, assess, monitor, and manage regulatory compliance risks. The work includes control assessments, risk evaluations, issue management, and practical advice for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute monitoring and testing activities using established methodologies
- Plan testing engagements, gather evidence, and assess controls
- Lead compliance risk assessment workshops and evaluations
- Identify issues, support remediation, and track action plans




- Prepare analysis, testing summaries, and governance materials

Requirements:

- Three to five plus years in compliance, risk, audit, or controls
- Experience conducting compliance testing or assurance activities
- Understanding of risk frameworks and three lines of defence
- Robust analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Canadian banking regulations and compliance practices
