Use strong Excel skills as a Revenue Accountant with MetCap Living Management Inc. in downtown Toronto, working in a hybrid position.

Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager, this Revenue Accountant supports finance professionals and operations teams. The work covers monthly rental revenue processing, accounts receivable reporting, reconciliations, tenant accounts, parking charges, and deposit activity. An accounting background is preferred, while Yardi Voyager, Property Vista, and property management skills are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process monthly move-ins, move-outs, notices, and lease charges
- Prepare accounts receivable, vacancy, and reconciliation reports
- Maintain rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and accounts
- Process PAP, NSF, collections, and deposit refunds
- Communicate with internal and external organization members

Requirements:

- Accounting background preferred
- Solid Excel skills
- Yardi Voyager experience considered an asset
- Property Vista experience considered an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline capable
