Licensed Electrician work awaits at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, Ontario, focused on PLC systems and equipment maintenance. This overnight shift runs Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
PepsiCo Foods Canada seeks a licensed electrician for site equipment maintenance and repair. You will complete preventative and predictive inspections, manage breakdowns, and help prevent future downtime. The work involves electrical and mechanical repairs, CMMS work orders, cross-shift communication, and collaboration with operators and site classifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain site equipment within the assigned area
- Complete preventative inspections and electrical or mechanical repairs
- Execute daily assigned work and manage emergency breakdowns
- Support root cause analysis and downtime prevention
- Coordinate communication across operators, meetings, and shifts
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario 309A or 442 electrical license
- Certificate of apprenticeship considered an asset
- Knowledge of PLC and control systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS work orders and hour tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
