CMHC is hiring Indigenous students and recent graduates for its Summer 2027 Indigenous Internship Program. The temporary full time internship runs from May through August 2027. Opportunities may span business, communications, human resources, urban planning, data analytics, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to projects supporting CMHC’s housing mandate
- Apply skills across varied organizational areas
- Develop professional experience through hands-on learning
- Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, post-secondary studies
- Self-identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis
- Demonstrate experience through studies, work, or volunteering
- Communicate strongly orally and in writing
- Organize, plan, and work independently or collaboratively
