Support accurate accounts receivable processing at Alpine Aerotech while using advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills in aviation finance.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounts Receivable Specialist supports daily receivables, customer inquiries, financial reporting, and month-end activities. You will work with customers, salespeople, managers, and internal Finance teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. The position also provides general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable duties
- Resolve customer and internal inquiries with relevant teams
- Process month-end procedures, reports, analyses, and forecasts
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
- Maintain files, records, phones, and visitor reception

Requirements:

- One or more years’ accounts receivable experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
- Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Robust communication, organization, judgment, and attention to detail
