Destination America seeks Travel Director/Travel Concierge professionals for Canadian programs. You will manage itineraries for up to 52 guests while sharing detailed regional stories and commentary. The work includes trip operations, guest safety, vendor relationships, technology, and expense administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily logistics and operations for coach trips
- Ensure guest safety through sound judgement
- Deliver individualized customer service throughout each journey




- Provide fluent English commentary as a regional expert
- Track optional experience funds and trip expenses

Requirements:

- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Teams, internet, email, and social media proficiency
- Administrative, organizational, and basic accounting skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Three to five years’ over-the-road experience preferred
