As a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer, you will maintain and update files from signed commitment through funding. You will review applications, verify complete data, fulfill conditions, and meet service standards. The work requires close coordination with British Columbia Underwriters, Business Development, mortgage brokers, partners, and lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complete, organized mortgage files through funding
- Verify mortgage and client information for accuracy
- Follow up with brokers for outstanding documentation
- Instruct lawyers and review legal documentation
- Escalate issues and resolve them with Underwriters or Managers

Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and execute
