The Asset Protection Partner supports store Leadership by reducing shortage and maintaining operational controls. Responsibilities include theft deterrence, apprehensions, evidence preservation, incident reporting, audits, and employee training. The position also partners with law enforcement, mall security, retailers, stores, and the District Loss Prevention Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor sales floors and CCTV for external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Conduct self audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Support inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans
- Provide loss prevention training to employees

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and listening skills
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
