Leisure Solutions Community Trust seeks a Duty Manager to lead daily centre operations and support active, healthy local communities. You will oversee programmes, colleagues, facilities and customer experiences. The role combines operational organisation, commercial awareness, emergency leadership and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead health, safety and quality compliance across the centre
- Control incidents and emergencies using safe working systems
- Manage openings, closings, rotas and programme delivery
- Resolve facility issues and maintain cleanliness and presentation




- Coach colleagues and support sales, retention and customer service

Requirements:

- Experience managing leisure, hospitality or retail operations
- Lifeguard background with supervisory experience
- Strong health and safety understanding
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Valid lifeguard and pool plant qualifications, or willingness to work towards them
