Lead strategic human resources support at Scarborough Health Network’s Consilium Place, using employee relations expertise and business partnership skills. This is a full time, temporary 12-month contract.

The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner supports specific clients and project teams across HR matters. The role delivers programs, initiatives, and advice aligned with legislation, collective agreements, and Hospital policies. It also supports complex employee and labour relations issues, workplace investigations, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients and project teams on strategic HR matters
- Lead projects and implement tailored HR programs and initiatives
- Lead workplace investigations and recommend resolution outcomes




- Partner with Union leadership on employee issues and grievances
- Coordinate HR services across the workforce lifecycle

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Required CHRP designation and current HRPA membership
- Minimum five years’ related Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience in healthcare and unionized environments preferred
- Knowledge of collective agreements and related employment legislation
