Outlier is seeking independent contractors to train AI models by performing live English conversations, rating responses, and providing concise written feedback. You’ll assess naturalness, usefulness and clarity across voice, image and video outputs.

This freelance remote role offers flexible hours and requires strong attention to detail and transparent communication. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), fluent English, and experience writing evidence-based explanations.
