Renfrewshire Council is seeking a Housing Assistant (Full Time, Permanent) to support local housing services by interviewing and advising customers on housing prospects and tenancy matters. The role involves handling rent arrears, income maximisation, and providing transparent, courteous customer support across in-person, telephone, and video interactions.

The successful candidate will have numeracy skills, Microsoft Office experience, and a general knowledge of housing services.
