Lead advisor engagement and events for PICTON Investments, using project management and vendor negotiation to deliver compliant experiences. Coordinate programs across functions and territories.

As Lead, Advisor Engagement & Events, you will develop integrated programs supporting relationship development, territory priorities, and growth objectives. You will shape event strategy with Sales or translate Marketing direction into cohesive execution plans. Success requires budget ownership, measurement, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build annual and quarterly calendars aligned with business initiatives
- Plan signature, regional, national, and Sales events end to end
- Coordinate Compliance reviews, approvals, logistics, and onsite operations
- Manage vendors, contracts, budgets,



and spending reconciliation
- Track attendance, feedback, outcomes, risks, and lessons learned

Requirements:

- Five-plus years planning corporate, advisor, client, or financial-services events
- Experience managing multiple mixed-format events simultaneously
- Hands-on ownership of significant budgets and vendor contracts
- Robust project management with on-time, on-budget delivery
- Ability to operate effectively across matrixed, regulated environments
