As a Social Worker 1, you will provide social work services to clients, families, and communities. The permanent full-time position serves the Long Term Services Project in the Fredericton area. Your work includes therapeutic interventions, service coordination, advocacy, and interdisciplinary care planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups
- Coordinate services and advocate for clients
- Provide emergency, crisis intervention, and stabilization services
- Maintain clinical records and documentation

Requirements:

- Registration with the Current Brunswick Association of Social Workers
- Membership in good standing with the association
- Ability to attend work regularly
