Lead clinically led dementia care at La Fontana in Martock, using robust clinical judgement and person-centred nursing practice. Alternate weekends are required.

As a Registered Nurse, RGN or RMN, you will maintain safe, effective care across each shift. You will assess needs, review care plans, administer medication, and monitor physical and mental health changes. The role also includes shift leadership, team support, accurate documentation, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
