The Leasing Manager leads the retirement community sales program and works toward budgeted occupancy and revenue targets. This role includes lead management, CRM accuracy, strategic sales action plans, and prospect conversion. You will promote independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the retirement community through outreach, marketing, and events
- Conduct tours for prospects, families, and influencers
- Develop, qualify, and advance leads through the sales process
- Maintain accurate Yardi CRM data




- Close qualified prospects using the Cogir Way to Sell

Requirements:

- At least two years of successful direct sales experience
- Customer-focused relationship-building sales experience
- Strategic sales action plan development and execution experience
- Experience with CRM systems and common business applications
- Reliable transportation and local community travel availability
