Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experiencedJAMS Automation Engineerto support enterprise automation initiatives acrosscloud and infrastructure platforms. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintainautomation workflows using the JAMS Enterprise Scheduler , supporting business-critical systems and ensuring high availability of automation services.
This role involves working closely withinfrastructure teams, application teams, and cloud engineersto build scalable automation solutions and maintain reliable scheduling environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintainPower Shell scriptsused in automation workflows, ensuring they are stored insource control for proper change management.
Maintain acomprehensive inventory of all JAMS Scheduler jobs , ensuring accurate documentation and configuration.
Monitor and maintaindatabases supporting automation platforms , ensuring performance, reliability, and nfigure and monitorAzure SQL Elastic Jobsto automate database tasks and operational workflows.
Maintain aJAMS incident trackerto record warnings, failures, escalation details, and resolutions.
Updatejob properties such as schedules and source codeas directed by job owners.
Perform daily monitoring ofJAMS job execution outputsto ensure system health and reliability.
Investigate job failures, implement corrective actions, or elevate issues to responsible teams when required.
LogService Desk tickets for job failuresand collaborate with application teams to resolve issues while maintaining documentation and knowledge base updates.
Install and maintainJAMS client tools, platform updates, and reporting ordinate withJAMS vendors and procurement teamsregarding software licensing and renewals.
Participate inIT infrastructure projects , developing automation workflows according to project requirements.
Build, administer, monitor,



and maintainJAMS Enterprise Scheduler and System Center Orchestrator environments.
Work with application teams to design and implementautomation workflows for operational efficiency.
Developsystem integrations using REST APIsfor infrastructure monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
Maintain automation platform documentation includingstandard operating procedures, patches, and system updates.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolveautomation workflow errors and runbook failures.
Ensure strictchange management practicesfor automation infrastructure.
Identify opportunities to improveautomation efficiency and operational ntribute totechnology evaluation and innovation initiatives.
Ensure automation systems remainavailable and operational 24/7.
Maintain strong collaboration withinternal teams and business stakeholders.
Technical Qualifications
Robust experience with the following technologies:Microsoft Windows Server (2012 – 2019+)Power Shell scriptingMicrosoft SQL Server (2012 – 2025)Microsoft Azure cloud servicesKey Azure capabilities include:Azure Logic AppsJSON scriptingREST APIsAzure cloud databasesAdditional preferred

experience:
Azure or AWS cloud certificationsAzure SQL databases including:Maria DBPostgre SQLCosmos DBMongo DBExperience withJAMS Enterprise Manager(highly desirable)Experience withElastic Job Agent for Azure SQL DatabasesExperience withSystem Center Orchestrator 2012 or laterGeneral QualificationsMinimum5+ years of experience in infrastructure, automation, or cloud technology environments.
