Advertising and Lead Generation
Direct paid-media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other appropriate digital channels.
Manage targeting, creative testing, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and cost per lease.

Present performance results, observations, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Use data to recommend changes to campaign strategy, channel selection, creative direction, and budget allocation.
Measure marketing success against leasing velocity, occupancy, vacancy, and portfolio-growth objectives.

Select, brief, and manage photographers, videographers, designers, media partners, printers, signage providers, and other suppliers.
Establish transparent scopes, deadlines, budgets, and performance expectations for external partners.
