You will shape strategy and a roadmap for domains such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and AI-enabled products, coordinating with engineering, UX, and leadership to translate problems into measurable outcomes. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including adoption and KPI definition, while ensuring alignment with Workday and other systems of record as infrastructure.
