Responsibilities

- Dynamic Training Delivery: Lead engaging introductory and refresher sessions for Jira and Confluence in both live and virtual environments.
- Workshop Facilitation: Assist with specialized workshops covering Jira basics (workflows, boards, filters) and Confluence essentials (spaces, templates, collaboration).
- Content Innovation: Create and maintain high-quality learning materials, including slide decks, quick reference guides, and "How-to" FAQs.
- User Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries, identifying common learning gaps and suggesting continuous improvements to content.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Atlassian administrators, Agile coaches, and change leads to support system migrations and rollout initiatives.
- Customized Enablement:
Adapt third-party materials and tailor training content to resonate with diverse audiences, from new starters to team leads.
Requirements

- Technical Foundation: At least three (3) years of experience with a solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
