Mortgage Advice Bureau seeks a people-focused adviser for its growing Colchester region team. You will understand mortgage and protection needs, provide honest guidance, and support clients through home buying. CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss clients’ mortgage and protection requirements
- Recommend mortgage products and protection options
- Guide clients through the home-buying journey
- Monitor market changes and lender criteria
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- At least two years’ mortgage advising experience ideally
- Solid communication and people skills
- Organised and self-motivated approach
- Ability to manage your own workload
