S&C; Electric Canada is seeking a Lean Performance Systems (LPS) Assistant for day shift in a co-op program. You will conduct time studies, analyze processes, and support standard work and Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires programming/analytical skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced workplace. Winter 2027 term, 4 or 8 months, with 40 hours/week and competitive hourly pay.
