As a Food Service Worker II with Island Health, you will support Food Services Operations at Lady Minto Hospital. The position includes meal service, food preparation, and cleaning duties. Patient and staff safety, quality improvement, and effective communication are integral to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portion meals for hospital patients and staff
- Serve meals within Food Services Operations
- Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
- Prepare tea, coffee, and toast
- Wash dishes and utensils thoroughly

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education plus one year's recent related experience
- Equivalent education, training, and experience combination considered
- Food Safe Level 1 certificate
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical ability to perform position duties
