Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for Regency LTC in Port Hope, ON. This temp part time role (ends Dec 2026, with possible extension) supports medication administration, assessments, and resident care planning in the LTC home.
Reports to the Director of Care. Requires CNO certificate, RPN eligibility, First Aid/BLS, and strong infection control knowledge with excellent communication and teamwork skills with seniors.
