Serve aircraft parts customers at Execaire Aviation using responsive sales service, procurement coordination, and accurate order management. Support complete transactions from inquiry through delivery.

The Parts Sales Associate supports and grows the Company’s aircraft parts business. You will manage inquiries, quotations, orders, purchasing, delivery, invoicing, warranty, and core follow-up. The position requires customer service, aviation parts administration, and collaboration with OEMs, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with existing and prospective aircraft parts customers
- Respond to pricing, availability, certification, shipping, and lead-time inquiries
- Prepare quotations using inventory, OEM, distributor, and supplier information
- Process orders through procurement, delivery, invoicing, warranty,



and core follow-up
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory allocation, incoming parts, and customer deliveries

Requirements:

- College diploma or degree in business, supply chain, aviation management, or related field
- Two to five years of relevant aviation parts or supply chain experience
- Customer service or sales experience with relationship-building skills
- English and French verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience is an asset
