Lead overseas supplier sourcing from Mind Games’ Markham office, using negotiation and landed-cost analysis across toys, games, and collectibles.

As an Offshore Sourcing Specialist, you will manage sourcing and purchasing with international partners, primarily in China. The work spans suppliers, samples, quotations, production, compliance, logistics, and purchase orders. You will support merchandise across Mind Games’ retail and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and onboard overseas manufacturers and suppliers
- Manage quotations, sampling, costing, orders, and production follow-up
- Negotiate costs, tooling, quantities, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate specifications, packaging, testing, and approvals




- Monitor supplier performance and resolve production risks

Requirements:

- Four or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Factory qualification and commercial negotiation experience
- Knowledge of landed costing, freight, customs, and import duties
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and purchasing-report capabilities
- Mandarin and international travel are robust assets
