Realstar seeks an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team with customer service and property maintenance skills, living on-site with scheduled weekend and on-call shifts.
These Assistant Resident Manager roles support residents, potential residents, and apartment operations. The team cleans common areas, completes minor repairs, prepares vacant suites, and assists with leasing. Schedules include four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean hallways, stairwells, and property amenities
- Troubleshoot and complete minor maintenance repairs
- Prepare vacant apartment suites for current residents
- Provide customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assist with leasing suites and on-call requests
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Property management experience is an asset
- Knowledge of safe cleaning materials handling, including WHMIS
- Ability to perform cleaning and minor maintenance duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
