This frontline position supports Personal & Commercial Banking through customer service transactions, information, and advice. You will understand needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help deliver positive customer experiences. The role requires discretion, accuracy, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
- Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
- Solid administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Calm, courteous verbal and written communication abilities
