As an Identity and Security Automation Specialist, you will support the Enterprise Information Technology team under the Manager, Systems and Cybersecurity. The work includes Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and access lifecycle activities. You will also support automation, audits, documentation, and customer-focused technical communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provision, deprovision, and modify user access through approved requests
- Troubleshoot single sign-on and multi-factor authentication access issues




- Monitor identity platforms and investigate operational issues
- Perform access reviews and track audit remediation
- Create automation workflows for onboarding, changes, and offboarding

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Two to five years of recent related technical experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience in ticketing or ITSM environments
- Knowledge of IAM, authentication protocols, and networking
