Chinook’s Edge School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for its K–8 River Valley School. The successful candidate will provide educational support under teacher direction. The work includes small-group interventions, inventory interpretation, and specialized support for diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver small-group support for Grades 7–8 students
- Provide targeted interventions under teacher direction
- Interpret inventory results to identify lagging skills
- Implement effective, goal-oriented strategies
- Assist with multi-tiered specialized student support

Requirements:

- Understand foundational literacy intervention strategies
- Understand foundational numeracy intervention strategies
- Know Knowledge and Employability curriculum supports
- Know executive functioning strategies and targeted supports
- Educational Assistant certification and related experience preferred
