As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will report to the Spa Director at The Clayfield, a new 102-room luxury boutique hotel. The spa forms part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt and is operated by Urgo Hotels & Resorts Canada. You will create restorative wellness experiences through customized treatments, accurate documentation, and attentive hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver massage treatments prioritizing guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction
- Conduct consultations using guest needs and health history
- Customize treatments and recommend suitable homecare products




- Maintain accurate client treatment records and documentation
- Prepare rooms and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Luxury spa, hotel spa, wellness, or clinical experience preferred
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
