Key Responsibilities:

- Develop financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables
- Support claim reporting and financial modeling
- Assist benefit plan funding and budget projections
- Analyze proposals and support carrier negotiations
- Manage placement deliverables and deadlines

Requirements:

- One or more years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of benefit products, underwriting, and funding concepts
- Experience with traditional and flexible benefit programs
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
