You will assist patients with daily living activities, support social and skill-building activities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience with behavioural assessments, dementia and complex behaviours, and solid communication skills to coordinate
