As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise Go-to-Market leaders as BioRender scales. The work combines strategic business partnering with operational ownership across employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will help build programs supporting manager development, career growth, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Go-to-Market leaders on team effectiveness and organizational design
- Support workforce planning, performance, compensation, and employee development
- Own leaves, offboarding, employee relations, and lifecycle processes
- Lead manager development, growth opportunities, engagement, and performance programs
- Apply data, AI, and automation to streamline People workflows

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive HR experience
- HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market functions
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR practices
- Coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
