Key responsibilities
- Maintain quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Confident working across different sections during busy services
- Passion for quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation
- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a close-knit team
- Solid communication and attention to detail
- Weekend availability is essential
- Full Australian working rights required
- Supportive, professional kitchen team, nurturing and dedicated Head chef too
- Great Bayside location, right across from the beach.
- Opportunity to grow within an established and expanding restaurant
