Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op in Neepawa, Manitoba is seeking a Bakery/Deli Manager to oversee the Bakery and Deli Department within our Food Store. You will drive sales, maintain standards, manage inventory and lead a small team.
The role requires solid customer service, organization, and the ability to schedule a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. This is a full-time on-site position at our community-focused Co-op.
