This full-time, permanent position supports PPI patients, pharmacists, and the COO from Richmond Hill, Ontario. You will guide HCP-referred leads through enrollment, explain sample collection and turnaround times, and coordinate clinical consultations. The work combines patient service, documentation, shipment tracking, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients on test value and encourage participation
- Guide referred patients through enrollment and reimbursement documentation
- Answer shipment, sample collection, and turnaround inquiries




- Verify consent forms before laboratory processing
- Coordinate pharmacist consultations and patient report delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy Technician Diploma
- Two to three years in a patient-facing healthcare role
- Qualified telephone and email communication skills
- Comfort using CRM tools, SharePoint, and patient portals
- Commitment to HIPAA/PIPEDA privacy and sensitive information handling
