Coordinate transportation schedules and dispatches at Harmac Transportation in North York or Hamilton, using communication and organization daily. This full-time permanent role follows Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

As Driver Coordinator, you will serve as the main contact for drivers and help keep loads moving safely and on time. The work includes customer orders, TMW software, driver schedules, dispatch details, delivery updates, and real-time problem-solving. You will also monitor safety, service incidents, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain driver schedules and explicit operational communication
- Verify customer orders in TMW and schedule loads
- Dispatch loads with routes, assignments, and shift plans
- Confirm deliveries,



update systems, and escalate issues
- Resolve driver questions and support real-time operations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business, logistics, or related education
- Two-plus years of transportation or logistics experience
- Dispatch experience is a strong asset
- Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software
- Microsoft Office, organization, and communication proficiency
