As Department Manager, you will oversee a specific store department and support sales and profitability goals. You will train associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while coordinating replenishment, expenses, and store-wide communication. The position requires retail management experience and solid leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Deli and HMR department operations
- Maintain merchandise displays, pricing, and stock levels
- Train, coach, and motivate department associates
- Coordinate replenishment and communicate with store management
- Maintain clean, safe, and inclusive department standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
