Lead Knix store operations at Markville Mall through retail selling, team coaching, and customer experience leadership. This permanent opportunity offers part-time or full time schedules.

As Key Lead, you will act as leader on duty while setting the sales-floor standard. You will drive Conversion Rate and Average Order Value through Knix’s selling model, product knowledge, and fitting support. You will coach team members, communicate targets, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shifts, openings, closings, and daily team huddles
- Drive sales goals through Conversion Rate and Average Order Value
- Coach selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Maintain POS, loss prevention, safety, and operational workflows




- Oversee visual standards, shipments, restocks, and inventory counts

Requirements:

- One to two or more years of retail experience
- Keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
- Success achieving sales targets and understanding Conversion, AOV, and UPT
- Strong mentoring, coaching, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 25 pounds
