Access Communications seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with organizational goals. The senior HR qualified advises leadership, managers, and employees across talent management, performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives. The position also supports an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop HR strategies supporting organizational goals and business priorities
- Advise leaders on talent, workforce, development, and employee relations matters
- Lead recruitment, retention, selection, onboarding, and sourcing strategies
- Support performance management, succession planning,



and employee development
- Resolve complex workplace matters and interpret collective agreement provisions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum eight years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Senior HR experience across multiple human resources disciplines
- Knowledge of labour legislation, employment standards, and collective agreements
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, social media, and related technology proficiency
