Advise employees and leaders on employee relations and performance management at The Glencoe Club in Calgary. This temporary full time position supports both Clubs.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide practical guidance across the employee lifecycle. Your work covers coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee programs. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partner and advise management on workplace issues, policies, and evolving legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide employee relations, performance management, coaching, and investigations
- Resolve workplace concerns using practical human resources best practices
- Support learning, development, growth, and employee lifecycle activities
- Educate teams on policies, procedures, legislation,



and employment practices
- Advocate for employee and candidate experience across both Clubs

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources
- Three to five years of human resources experience
- Experience advising on disputes, investigations, and performance management
- Knowledge applying employment legislation and workplace policies
- Professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and sound judgement
