ReConstruct Pro seeks an experienced Estimator with at least three years of construction estimating and pricing experience. You will independently prepare complete project estimates, interpret specifications, compare quotes, and finalize bid pricing. The role also includes mentoring junior estimators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for projects
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Manage estimates in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Meet tender deadlines across multiple bids
Requirements:
- Minimum three years construction estimating and pricing experience
- Proven ability to produce complete estimates independently
- Expert blueprint and specification reading skills
