Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and in well‑being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and nursing practices to support patients in various healthcare settings. This job is paid per patient not per hour to do footcare in a nursing home .

Responsibilities

- Deliver foot care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies.




- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing license as an RN or RPN in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating solid critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is required
- Advanced diabetic foot care certificate is required

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 per hour
