This Nurse Practitioner delivers comprehensive primary medical services within a coordinated care team. The position requires prenatal scope, Washington licensure, prescribing authority, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary medical care services to Sea Mar patients
- Coordinate team-based care with staff and providers
- Refer patients to specialists when medically necessary
- Prescribe or dispense medications under Washington authority
- Complete clinical records and patient-care paperwork accurately

Requirements:

- Master's degree and certified ARNP status
- Washington State license and accredited ARNP program completion
- PNCB or FPNCB certification
- Current DEA certificate and vaccine compliance
- Minimum two years of experience; prenatal scope required
