This Maintenance Aide role supports the residence, equipment, grounds, and common areas. You will complete maintenance tasks, respond to requests, prepare suites, and keep records current. The work also requires safe equipment use, organized supplies, and communication with staff, residents, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete regular maintenance tasks and update records
