Protect UNIQLO Southgate Centre through loss prevention, investigations, and retail safety initiatives. Use CCTV, RFID, and exception reporting technology within the assigned location.

As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will execute policies with Store Management and the Area Loss Prevention Manager. You will support personnel training, investigate internal theft and policy violations, and manage external theft incidents. The position also supports inventory accuracy and customer safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute loss prevention initiatives and policies within the assigned location
- Train store personnel on loss prevention procedures and initiatives
- Identify shoplifters, recover merchandise, and document theft incidents
- Use CCTV, Access Control, EAS, and reporting systems




- Support financial inventory and RFID-based cycle counts

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ related loss prevention or asset protection experience
- Provincial licensing and knowledge of Canadian apprehension laws
- Experience conducting internal investigations and managing apprehension programs
- Experience with CCTV, covert surveillance, EAS, and Access Control
- Ability to travel, work versatile schedules, and lift fifty pounds
