As a Merchandiser and Sourcing Specialist at TPS Promotions and Incentives, you will support account teams serving global brands. You will source promotional products, confirm pricing and production times, and prepare quotations and presentations. The position requires Promotional Products industry experience and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, quoting, and pricing processes for sales proposals
- Coordinate costs, availability, logistics, lead times, and supplier information
- Prepare accurate proposals and maintain quote records
- Identify merchandise opportunities and propose potential solutions
- Develop supplier relationships and maintain product knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum one year sourcing and quoting in Promotional Products
- Minimum one year in a customer-interaction role
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfort learning ERP technology, including NetSuite
- Excellent written and oral English skills
