As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents delivering civil projects. You will gain exposure to Design Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management contracts. The position supports project quality, contract compliance, safety, and financial performance while building practical construction coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain purchase order, shop drawing, submittal, and plan logs
- Support supplier and sub-trade selection and obtain quotations
- Clarify scope of work with suppliers and sub-trades




- Maintain focus on regulatory and corporate site safety
- Attend site meetings and assist with project deficiencies

Requirements:

- Full time student in a related post-secondary program
- Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering studies
- New graduates who completed related studies in 2026
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel experience is an asset
- Vehicle required for sites inaccessible by public transit
