Support SAP purchasing operations at CAPREIT while resolving invoices, managing purchase orders, and working in a hybrid office model.

The Purchase-to-Pay Coordinator supports CAPREIT’s national rental communities through accurate Procure-to-Pay transactions. This coordinator manages purchasing workflows, invoice matching, vendor communication, and policy compliance. The position also supports financial accountability across Operations, Finance, and property teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase requisition and purchase order lifecycles
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and track payment status
- Support budget reviews and Capex reclassification
- Provide SAP troubleshooting for purchasing transactions




- Review dashboard metrics and communicate operational updates

Requirements:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Two to four years’ purchasing, procurement, or accounts payable experience
- Robust working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes and invoice matching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard reporting tools
